    hi there,

Sorry it took so long to get around to a visit.  First of all do you go to actual weight watchers meetings or are you just following the program online?  Don't feel bad about the lack of support.  Not everyone is lucky to have a great support system so that is why attending the meetings becomes so important.  Every single person there walked through the front doors for the same reason.  If you are doing it online then muster up the support from your online friends or perhaps a close friend at home.  The most important thing you can do for yourself is to be your own supporter.  You are afterall, the driving force behind your decision to lose weight.  The other thing you should try doing if you are not feeling it at home and that is where you really want it, try telling your family that you need it.  Demand it.  They do need to be reminded all the time.  I am lucky as my husband has been a huge support to me right from day one but I have had to demand the support of my co-workers when they try to tell me it is okay to have that donut.  I tell them that they are not being very supportive and that trying to tempt me is not fair.  I generally just make them feel bad about it...lol.  As they go up for donut after donut and are complaining because they can't lose weight, I tell them how many points they are consuming...lol.

Lastly, look deep inside yourself to find that reason why you decided to try and lose weight in the first place.  That reason is your initial motivation.  When you feel like you are losing motivation always remind yourself why you started this journey in the first place.  It helped me to get back on track many times.  Well I hope this helps a little.

    hugs,
